In October, the Prague gallery “Beseder” will host a personal exhibition of paintings by Ukrainian artist Andrey Kovalenko. The exposition will feature about forty works by the artist executed during the last three years. The exhibition is called “Traveling Palette”.
The themes of the paintings are different: seascapes, flowers, still lifes with fish, as well as motifs of nature and of course the favorite Odessa.
Everything is executed in the traditional manner of non-expressonism and primitivism for the author. Bright saturated palette of colors is close to fauvism. Execution technique: Canvas/oil.
